APB:R Report "StabbaNoob1"

Enforcer "StabbaNoob1" on the Obeya EU Server, at approximately 11pm - 1am GMT.

Caught snapping between targets blatantly in the first clip, and more subtly in the following ones. This isn't the first time he has been reported, according to the forums. Although his two clanmates "MeTox" and "b00bz" were teamed with him, I didn't see any suspicious signs from them. After my initial mission against him, I then followed him for another mission (the more subtle clips), before I lost them again, and got tired of driving around trying to locate them again.

Used as report footage. Once the support ticket is closed, this video will be made public, to give G1 a grace period for observation with less chance of the suspect being informed, and playing legit for a few days. Will update if placed on the official list of banned folks. Funnily enough, he threatened to report me as a ghoster, when I never once revealed his location. Strange people.
