  • the exit jab is brilliant

  • Nah dude, this guy is nice. He's just old school. My trainer is like that, very strict about form and technique. At first it frustrated me because I wanted some slicker shit (I'm from the ghetto!) but when I got in the ring, all that shit he said worked.

  • @HUGExMUSLIM fuck you i do everything in jeans

  • I wish I could see this in full speed. ANyone have one?

  • @sikmah66 I preferred to throw a hook with palm sideways, that way i could follow up with an uppercut by only dropping my elbow which would bring my hand into perfect position for the uppercut. If you hook with palm down then you would need to drop your elbow and turn your hand.

You are correct about the turning the palm down brings the elbow into play.

Early in a fight I would leave palm down but once opponent is hurt and I am on full offensive then I woudl turn the hook half way.

  • I didn't know Ronnie James Dio got his hair cut....

  • @nomadineternity no it doesnt, unless your fighting bare knuckle. if that would break your knuckles then you should nvest in some milk man.

  • @lachlanSB that depends on whether you want to break your knuckles or not..

  • @nomadineternity that all depends on your style and technique man.

  • This guy is GOOD!!!!! I'm sure that he is almost capable of punching his way out of a wet paper bag!!!!! NO JOKE BRO keep them wet paper bags away from this dude!!!!!

  • @sikmah66 left hook... palm inverted towards your body..
