I like shoulder holsters. They're fast into action, comfortable, hide pretty well, and usually come as a complete system with attached magazine carrying provisions. Enter the relatively affordable Galco "Classic Lite" shoulder holster. Made of thin and lighter weight suede, the Classic Lite is a comfortable rig that can carry smaller pistols with an acceptable degree of concealability. Its a great ROL option for civilian sheepdogs. I recommend wear under a loose shirt for comfort (so as not to have to wear a jacket all the time). In this carry fashion, the Lite with a smaller pistol like Kahr PM series or KelTec PF9, the holster will be invisible to most observers. Under the shirt carry will take practice in accessing but it is still faster than the bellyband option and the horizontal orientation allows for a full combat grip for draw. The Classic Lite is a more affordable (and more concealable) option than its cousins the Galco Miami Classic II or Galco Jackass holster systems. Suede can hold moisture so avoid the rain with these leather holsters but for easy on/off everyday pistol wear that still provides some speed in the draw, they are hard to beat. At the noted price level, the Galco Classic Lite represents good value and high quality. ////////////////////Nutnfancy Likeability Scale: 9 out of 10////////// Update 11/2010: I like my Galco Classic Lite holster more than ever. All positive points remain true and proven. It's outstanding.

  • nutnfancy is an okay reviewer but dont think he is a professional!

  • @SonsOfLiberty65 I don't know where you got the idea that he was a pro or even implied that he was. We're not about that at all, in fact, Nutn takes a lot of pride in being INDEPENDANT, ORIGINAL AND HONEST....NOT PRO. -- Veri (Nutn's sister)

  • @m9mentor If you don't want his opinion, why watch his video? If you just want the name and specs of a holster just go on their website. The point of his reviews is to show us his thoughts on the product and his experiences with it, which the majority of us value. If you just want basic product info just look on their website.

  • @m9mentor The succesfull carry method is one that you never need to use. But It seems to me you missed the story that he told where he needed to draw on someone. Watch the videos before you bitch about them.

  • i wonder if this would fit an sr9c?

  • @nutnfancy get to the fucking point in your videos. You talk about tactics but you've been in zero firefights. So keep it to the point and keep you opinions to a minimum.

  • Do u think P238 would fit well? I called Galco and they have nothing for a shoulder holster for a P238. Thanks

  • Hey nutn,

Will a Glock 27 Gen4 fit this holster? ... are you still rocking this holster and if so, have any of your opinions changed of the Galco? Keep up the GREAT work buddy.

  • @nutnfancy i have a smith & wesson sigma 9mm, what holster type would you recommend for that type of pistol, i like inside the waist band but i dont think it wont be comfortable, i need a great and comfortable holster for concealed carry!!

  • is the holster on this rig universal ? I'm asking because when I search for a rig for my s&w 4506 this rig always comes up.

  • smaller is better than nothing

  • @nutnfancy i just wanted you to respond and i got you to! lol
