Excuse me rea1001. American troops have not been called in Iraqi cities to help Iraqi troops since June 27, 2009. American troops have not been in Iraqi cities since the beginning of the year 2009. Iraq is standing on it's feet.

Iraq is NOT Vietnam. Liberals did not allow soldiers to finish what they started by going into North Vietnam to end the conflict. They were asked to be police officers and soldiers are not police officers. When the US became police in Iraq, we handed it to Iraq.

I feel sorry for vietnam vets. I think it's my generation who are the only people are truly giving them respect for what they did. The last generation surely didn't (hippies) Yes there were massacres and war crimes committed BUT NOT to the extent that Kerry and the rest of the "we need a shocking story" media reported . My Dad served four tours in Vietnam,he was a Staff Sgt. in The 5Th Special Forces Grp.(Sniper) and i am forever proud of his service.Not once did he take part in or witness the attrocities that John F. Kerry claims our soldiers commited.It's all lies from a man who had his mind already made up about Vietnam,and even had his own camera crew to film recreations of so-called battles.How many grunts have that potion?
