@AtLastOnTheGround I don't think she's imitating anyone. Least of all Celine Dion! Sounds nothing like her haha... Obviously she's changing the way she sings because different songs have different styles... It's like saying a singer can sing On My Own from Les Mis and then sing Highway to Hell in the same way... If that makes any sense :L.

I see that, too. While I will not say that Eden is a better vocalist than Dion or Peters, I will say that she does have that bad habit of affecting her voice.

If you listen to the song, she is making it her own. Even if she were to even imitate anybody, which she certainly doesn't need to do, it is the highest form of flattery. The ONE thing you can count on whenever you are lucky enough to see & hear her live is her own original & artistic take in all of her music!

My only problem with Eden is she automatically does a bit of an impression of whoever's song she's song, and her Celine Dionne isn't particularly wonderful. She's just too talented to be imitating Celine, and Bernadette and Idina, when in my opinion she blows all of them (who are all vocally impressive in their own rights) out of the water, but lacks a vocal identity which they all have solidly established.
