I never sanded a wood floor in my life, thanks to your video I will give it a try on my wood floors thanks alot. I have only one question how can I stabilize my wood floor from squeaking in certain spots and areas, I live in a duplex and I can't get access from below being that I have a tenant living underneath me.

the best sanding machines are with belt sanders (8"-10") if it weights over 300lbs that's the one. I like the edger though very useful tool.
