What about all the prisoners that have just 5 & 6 months left for non violent crimes? A few are in prison for traffic violations, prostitution & possession of marijuana or fighting another person that the plaintiff followed through on charges. Many prisoners have over 3 years no disciplinary reports & are due to be released in less than 9 month. What is a few month early to the well behaved?
