Punmaram has been living with camels since he was a boy of 10. Today he leads the largest herd in all of India, with 250 females and their young. Every year he travels to the breeder's fair to carry on the centuries-old tradition of his ancestors. The trust and understanding between these remarkable animals and their caretakers is vividly demonstrated in this moving film about their annual pilgrimage to the fair.
