  • lol just feel the need to repeat what i was thinking on the last video if you want to play art of fighting by snk you need neo geo by snk but they are not too cheap and unless you are a die hard fan... its better to have a snes or genesis anyways

  • @92greenz34 I've got an AES actually :)

It only cost me $150 for the system and Art of Fighting I picked up for $20.

  • @SegaVsNin lol right im in the same boat... but a $20 genesis sounds more appealing to most people, wehen they can buy a xbox 360 for 150... the avs is probably the coolest system of its time

  • @92greenz34 Yeah I agree, but it was one of those systems that I only dreamed about as a child so after I got married I bought one. My most expensive game that I've bought so far was Fatal Fury 3 for $100 which was totally worth it.

  • Sega Megadrive and Sega Genesis were basically the same. But just different models or am I missing something?

  • Yeah essentially the same machine just different name because of the region it was sold.

  • then why does the 32x version of doom suck. the 32x sound was the worst port of the game and it had 1/2 the levels of snes. the snes had the best sound and had the levels but the graphics were terrible

  • Haduken? haha

  • @alexNintendoSega LOL both Contra and Castlevania would be a one sided match.

  • eartworm jim on snes and gensis, or contra 3 againts blast corps, or super castlevania 4 against castlevania blood lines.fatal fury on snes and genesis, final fight one on snes against sega cd

  • @hteman

There was an article on Sega 16 about that one. 32X DOOM was required to be a release title by contract. The 32X was rushed as was the game itself. So what we see when we play the 32X version is pretty much a crappy Beta. The final version was supposed to have Q-sound and have the 8 sided sprites of the PC version and all the levels. But unfortunately we got what we had.

  • to my mind, the Sega version has more speed and fluidity of play compared to the slowness of Nintendo. This is a fighting game, the important thing here is agility and control the game, which Nintendo has not.

I am definitely voting for Sega.

  • @Evilgouken I agree that the Genesis version was better. Gameplay sucks on the SNES port.

  • i like a lot of aes titles it is THE BEST way to play arcade style games at home without computer emulation
