Wow, Unclecow - sorry to learn about your grandmother; mine had dementia too, & I know firsthand how heartbreaking it is to see a loved one go downhill that way. My best wishes to you, and if it's appropriate please extend my wishes for encouragement to your mom as well. Regarding topics: I'm most fond of the more philosophical topics you post (and it looks like there's a new one now!). Maybe you could address specific values of martial arts philosophy - determination, respect, etc.
