I think this scene is from early 90's if I am not mistaken. Why are some ladies wearing thong bikinis? Weren't women much more conservative back then when it came to clothing, including bikini?

I'm curious I think every guy on Baywatch wore a black speedo or some kind of speedo in some scenes but I cant recall Billy Warlock ever wearing one. Does anyone else remember. If not I wonder why he had a great body.
