  • Gary is one of modern jazz's most accomplished drummers and keyboard players -- he toured with both John McLaughlin and Billy Cobham as a keyboardist -- while also playing drums occasionally in live sets. He recorded as a keyboardist with John McLaughlin, Allan Holdsworth, Jason Smith, and as a solo artist -- in addition to being one of the most respected electric jazz drumming powerhouses on the scene. He was the drummer in Level 42 - one of main pop credits to date.
