Where did you purchase from because amazon is asking $239.00,which I would pay the $179.00!but amazon wants to much for the sony sound bar I think! Please send an email to let me know where I can get it cheaper!!!

@thataboy85 I bought it frmo Best Buy. I think they have stopped producing it, but should still be available in limited quantities at Best Buy or gamestop if you live in us/canada.

@newreleaseblitz do you have your ps3 connected to your screen via a hdmi cable or the original cable, im thinking of buying it and i have my ps3 connected to a computer screen via hdmi and since im currently using the screen speakers i wonder if it will work for me? plzz answear

I myself have bought this Sony PS3 Surround Soundbar system for my son's PS3 and he uses it on his LG 32" LED TV and i must say if you're not able to get a real 5.1 setup than this is a pretty good solution to get a decent 5.1 virtual surround from your PS3. It does both Dolby Digital and DTS and it really sounds way better than your built-in tv speakers. I highly recommend it...

Can you plug the sound bar into the tv and use it that way(if your tv has optical plug) I was thinking about getting one and just plugging it into the tv for a better sound for games and tv.

Turn off game mode on your tv, colors will be more vivid.

Dued my vizio soundbar & wireless subwoofer is way better then this & its only like 100 bucks more depending on where u live! u should get the vizio soundbar & Wireless sub bro way better! Fuck a built in subwoofer..Those suck!
