I think it takes time to "come in"into this album... first listening was... a bit disapointed after many years without listening SP records... bleed in the orchid is my favorite. It is a good album no matter the critics said, Billy Corgan has a particular style in composing, you like it or not, but it does not sound like anyone else, a "signature", that's what make some artists exceptional to my sense. I like it.

In 10 years people will learn to like the album this song came from. The exact same happened with 'Adore' and it will happen with 'Zeitgeist' and 'Machina 1: The Machines of God'. It will.

@lilmizlexa Yeah, it's really good, I still need to buy it, but I've been listening to it on Spotify, I think I'll be getting it next week. The reason it's taken me sooooo long to buy it is because of all the negativity surrounding it, I decided I'd have to listen to it all before I buy it, I've listened to it now and I can safely say I think it's awesome.

@clodoaldien2000 so true. it happens to all of us when a band we've loved for so long comes out with a totally different cd and we buy it and feel disappointed but then we start liking one song and after a while the rest just becomes familiar and you like it as much as their other stuff

I don't get all the hate towards Zeitgeist.

As far as I'm concerned, it's their best album alongside Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.
