Hi Steve,

The mounting hardware does come with the pair of CargoBuckles. Also, the Flush Mount Bucket is about 4" deep. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Might be a stupid question... but, does the hardware to bolt the cargo buckle to the trailer come with it??? or is it something i have to go hunt down???

Ps. How deep is the flush mount (how much room must you allow below the floor surface for this buckle to operate correctly?
