Atlantic City Hilton Hotel

My room experience at the Atlantic City Hilton Hotel: Our room was not ready at check in time. Ended up on a different floor an hour later (after we suggested it.) Bed board had nasty stains and was not covered like other Hotels do.
On our last day there the water was pitch dark. Eventually it cleared up a little bit but still too dirty to consider safe as you can see on this video. Good thing it was our last day there. We checked out two hours later.
Other than that the Hotel was marvelous and well kept.

You think they would call each room to alert them of the 'water' problem. The front desk was not helpful either. The lower section of the bed had no covers. Also ripped with terrible stains - What went on there? Makes you wonder the last time it got inspected by managers/supervisors. I really liked the architecture/design of this hotel. Would love to go back to the same room number and see if they did anything about it. Place your bets (did they correct the bed problem?)

I was at this hotel a year ago and everything in my room was flawless. Good thing the situation with the water was corrected by then otherwise I would not have booked this hotel.

AC Hilton doesn't make their own water. They buy it crom the city.

hayerrajinder: You must be from a third/fourth world country to believe this is acceptable. Do you brush your teeth with that water too - stay away from people. In the USA people have better expectations.

That place is disgusting! How did you managed to stay there all night. And you were looking forward to staying there? The bed mattress spot looks terrible.
