First of all the key words here are "YouTube" practitioner with about a year of experience AND he's really not going agressive AND the girl has some knowledge of Jiu Jitsu cause' she was defending with actual Jiu Jitsu not instinct. If he wanted to he could just grab her and while she's punching him he could punch her twice as hard and I gaurantee he would knock her out with 2-3 puches! This video is a joke.
