I am NOT quiting on the King James Bible! Don't worry!

I made this video for new believers in the KJB, to address some of the main attacks which they will face from the Alexandrian, new version supporters.

Go to www.chick.com for answers to most of the Bible version issue questions that you will come across.

  • Erasmus is only pointed out as a catholic because that's the very argument KJV only reps use for the reason to avoid the Vaticanus Text. I've heard that argument myself. I've also heard it said not to rely on the Alexandrian Texts because the Alexandrians worshipped false gods. Yet when you point out that King James wasn't a Christian, the argument turns to, "well God can use lost people to accomplish His will". Complete contradictions once again. You accuse non-KJVers of doing what KJVers do.

  • @paulrice007 First of all, Erasmus' text was REJECTED by the Catholic church. Vaticanus is NOT rejected by them. Also, it wasn't Erasmus' Greek text that was used to translate the KJV. Please remember that Erasmus merely collated Greek manuscripts into a workable text. He did NOT make up a text out of thin air!

King James wasn't saved? That's the first I've heard of that! Have you even looked into his testimony? Or are you just parroting the lies about him?

  • What are views regarding the Geneva Bible or did I open a whole new can of worms. I too have a copy of KJV but also have copies of other version in pdf format only. My second question is how do you know if you are joining a church or some kind of occult like Jim Jomes using Christ as a front. Your right about the Green Bible in that it's a real piece of crap. Keep up the good work

  • The "ye hath God said" society... I gotta' remember that.

  • What's wonderful about this video, is that I've been discovering many of these things on my own (due to our Lord Jesus Christ only), and been teaching them to our church. It's amazing to hear another King James Bible believer tell me the exact same things the Lord has shown me, and then teach me a couple more verses I wasn't aware to apply to the situation. Fantastic video. Highly recommended.

  • What do you think of that KJB with the divine name all thru it?

  • I love your definition of unity.

I once attended a church where the bible they used on a regular basis was the NIV, but my Sunday School teacher used the NASB, and every time a guest speaker came to speak they might use the ESV or the NLT etc...

    I was so confused!

Praise the Lord for KJV only churches, it is important that everyone is "on the same page."

  • Thank you, husky394xp for this video. I believe also, that the KJV1611 is THE inspired Word of God. And, as you said, other translations through time served their purpose, but the KJV1611 is the FINAL Word of God, and all the new versions(or perversions) are deceitful, full of leaven so to speak. I refer to them lightly as men's commentaries. I just recently started a study into why the Apocrypha was taken out of the KJV1611.

    Any thoughts on that?

    Thank you.

  • I noticed that NIV bible has missed a lot of verses out. I prefer KJV bible myself.

  • The man is a nutcase but speaks some truth and is likeable nonetheless.

  • I exclusively use my King James Bible: I love it and believe that it is the inspired Word of God. However, I was thinking about how the Old Testament, originally the Tanakh, was in a different order. I think it was Jerome who reordered the Old and New Testaments. Before Jerome, the OT was different from Judges onward. Ending with the Chronicles, and having the Major prophets following the Kings. Why do we have a different order of the books?

  • I agree with everything you exposed in this video, I’ve read in Spanish [1John4:2]“Jesus came in the flesh” “Jesus vino en la carne” the Spanish “carne” can only be translated into the English “meat”

body can only be translated as “cuerpo” not “carne”.

So I see using the word body in that verse is a bit confusing.
