I don't see why cruise lines have a "explore the bowels of the ship" as one of their attractions.

Amazing, a steam ship. When you're in the engine room you can see all the moving parts... you can hear the engine's hard work. It feels like you're a mouse or spider... everything is so big...

I too did the "mission impossible" down
below. There was an elevator the size of a phone booth on the deck above Atlantic that went down to the second lowest deck on the rearward spaces. I couldn't resist.
Now to brag..........I stood on the tank deck 30 below the waterline. Wow - hay
nice of you to "bring us along" on your trip.
