@lucaszappa To be honest, all they did was rearrange some of the notes to make it sound different. But in essence it's still the same track. And as for being geniuses in some ways yes. They did quite a few of the most memorable openings back then. It was done as a freebie, and if the show was successful and repeated they took a claim in royalties.
