Although Russia had many people killed by Germans Stalin killed as many of his own people and also slaughtered many Polish servicemen.

@TheSoulSearcher1: The Russians lost 20 million people in total.. 10 million in action and 10 million civilians .. The Jews lost 6 million total. China lost 15 million between the years of 1933 to 1945.

I find it heartbreaking to think we were once such a proud nation and look at us now.This country is not what it was 70 years back .

@billsimpson1983 Unfortunately with our government we would be more likely to defend other nations. If it came down to defending our country i think the cuts would apply and we would welcome out little foreign invaders with open arms. We would probably have no need for military as the open arms would welcome the invaders so much that they would probably be given council accommodation and benefits to go with it. Sounds crazy but not far of what has happened.

@TheSoulSearcher1 I have to disagree hitler himself was a one of the most amazing speakers ever. Hitler captivated his audience in the same way freddie mercury was able to do when staging a concert.
