sounds like someone is just trying to sell books
-
Im not going to land myself in an iron worker industrial welding position by having my credentials saying "I have the certification of some cheap ass book" Odds are this guy hasn't made it as a welder so he resorts to making money by selling these half ass books. Id rather go to college and actually learn hands on then be out 19 bucks for this scam.

If you joined a UNION APPRENTICESHIP.....when you where younger......you would be retired by now with a good pension.....instead of being a OLD CORNHOLE LOOKING LIKE AN IDIOT........

How can you read a book to learn how to weld, thats like reading a book to learn how to swim. But anyways I would like to check the book out.

sounds like a really good idea but i dont understand how a book is going to teach u how to weld or buy all the materials (pipe, electrodes, tools, etc.) u need to learn how to weld pipe. and btw. just because u can weld 6G dont mean u can weld 2G and 5G cause trust me theyre different and theyre a lot more common than 6G is. just a thought..

Well, one would have to have the equipment to pratice on right? So what welder would be needed to start this crash course, stick, tig combo machine???
How do you become a 3rd year apprentice without going through the program?? I just dont understand how that works?
