First appearances of titles.
Prime universe - Pilot. (season 1)
80s - Peter. (season 2)
Future-prime universe - The Day We Died. (season 3)
Alternate universe - Over There, Part 1. (season 2)
Alternate timeline universe - Neither Here Nor There (season 4)
Prime/alternate universe - Entrada (season 3)

The prime/alternate universe theme was used in Entrada because it goes back and forth between universes quite a bit.

Technically, I suppose, its Alternate Timeline Prime Universe and Alternate Timeline Alternate Universe.

Red = Alternate Universe

Black = Future

5-Finger = Past

Red/Blue switching = Both universes

Yellow both universes after timeshift

Yes some people in Fringe have, the female main character has sort of psy-powers, but the show goes more in the direction of X-Files. Its about the fringe division, a secret part of the FBI that is specialised in crimes with scientific background. For example the first episode is about a flesh-melting virus. Most of the topics in the intros are themes of episodes.

I don't know what happened to my original post but here goes a second try. I count 7 intro's. Red, Blue, Gray, 1984, Red/Blue mixture, Amber, and the future which is Black... So thats 7. what I call 1984 is the 5 finger or past. You can see gray in season 03 episode 22. ..
