Bike Crash at Loch Lomond, Scotland

Bike heading in one direction at 60mph and a Nissan Micra heading in the other direction at 40mph trys to take right hand turn-in. Lucky for the bike rider he lives to tell the tail. Car driver gets 8months in one of her majesty's hotel's and still hasn't said sorry. Oh appologies for the bit of violence at the end of the video, dont know how to remove that bit. The part at the end, the wake boarding part, is the motorbike rider before the crash.

Micra was driving on the wrong side of the road, overtaking everyone and then tried to make right hand turn in to junction. He lost control of the car and didn't see the bike coming the other way. What he did see was 8months behind bars.

Also had an accident on this road, which also involved a micra driver. This one was over 80 and ploughed into the back of me whilst stopped in a queue. Fortunately I was in a car but some people shouldn't be allowed on the road!

Is that the junction where the old MoD road meets the A82?  I grew in Helensburgh so know it well (although haven't lived there for a long time now). Can't believe the micra driver hadn't the deceny to even say sorry despite being a complete twat of a driver. Sounds like he was an accident waiting to happen if he was over-taking everyone like a looney.

hey, i go up that way all the time in the summer on my blade. its a gr8 road. seen a few deaths on that road. i came off a bit further up, near arrochar 2 years ago. glad hes ok, glad mr micra got humped..........RIDE SAFE .......G
