Josh Penry response to question 1: Colorado has fiscally fared much better in the midst of the national recession than many states due to our Taxpayer Bill of Rights or TABOR law that has restrained the growth of government. Governor Bill Ritter and his Democratic legislative majorities along with a compliant, partisan Supreme Court have successfully undercut TABOR. Do you support our TABOR law and if so what will you do to strengthen TABOR and reverse the Ritter-Democratic assault on the law?
