On 9-23-08 P/O Pat McDonald was shot and killed after a foot pursuit stemming from a car stop.
Pat was a member of the Philadelphia Police's elite Highway Patrol.
pat was posthumously promoted to Sergeant #398.
With police shootings being so high, it does indeed feel like we are all "running to stand still". let the police take back the City.

As a former Philly resident I too support the Mcdonald family through prayer and vigilance.May God have all the love that is availabile at this very rough time in our city as well as Mr.Mcdonald's family.Thank You for all of our officer's service and may God give you the strength to lead on.....
