What's wrong with Magpul? Their magazines are pretty good for the price, and their other products fill needs that not many non-combatants have thought about before. And despite their price, their stocks are pretty nice, even though I cant find a monopod for the hidden rail.

I'd like these better if they had an anti-tilt follower. The last time I checked, they didn't have them. I'll still probably buy a couple of them to try them out. No one wants to admit it, but they do look pretty cool. I use PMAG with a window but lately I've been purchasing EMAGs since they're STANAG compliant. I just with the EMAG was available in FDE.

@PsychoHillbillly im going to have to go with nburgwin on this one. Plus, being able to have a visual accountability of how many rounds you have left in your magazine during a real life situation, this coming from a law enforcement officer, not only helps but could potentially save a life. Plus, polymer magazines dont get effected by the elements as much.

My hope is that only law enforcement will have metal magazines .. They should enact a federal law and make a it a felony for anybody other than law enforcement or military to posses a non translucent magazine ... LOL ... Why in the heck would any normal , level headed , clear thinking person want to buy a magazine that lets everyone know howmany rounds u have left and whether u loaded or not .. Think about it ,, U are not looking at ur magazine while shooting ..But ur opponet can see ur mag

idk i still find pmags for 10$ a piece online occasionally. Get them off gunbroker and such. Locally they're about twice that but I've stopped buying locally because I don't like my local gun store. They were threatening customers telling them when the SHTF they were going to hunt people down and take all their stuff. While I'm not worried about them hunting me down, I think it's very disrespectful, especially when they're scalping on all their prices.
