i boil it, rinse it under cold water once its cooked and then put some Lebanese bread at the bottom of the pot with some melted butter drizzled on, i put the rice on top of the bread in the pot, drizzle more melted butter on top of the rice and put it in the oven, for about 20 mins!
yummy now feel like rice
