Read proverbs you will understand the way to cover all lifes expenses.A song writer said your're gonna have to serve somebody.The life of a minimalists is a good one learn what is needed and what is not. We earn good money but wish to go it on the cheap until our home is paid off. Then we intend to make remodel repairs. Until then we save untill we have the full amount. Our family and friends think it queer but when we can live like them with our chump change and still save then we will splurge.

I just realized something -- NOBODY owns their home.
Rent - somebody else owns it explicitly.
Mortgage - the bank owns it.
Own it outright - the government actually owns it, and the "rent" is property taxes.
We are all slaves until we can live in our homes without the fear of being thrown on to the street for not paying someone.
This must change if we are to truly be a free society.
