Nice recipe, Maria. Thank you for sharing with us. To save a little energy, try bringing your eggs to a boil and then removing them from the heat (covered, of course) for 13 minutes. You'll find they're PERFECT! Love your idea of shaking them gently to keep the yolks centered.

that's looks great! kalamata and the french green bean aren't necessary but would be better.
