batman had a legitimate ticking time bomb scenario to deal with so he made a tough call. bush only made it seem that way to incite fear, then along with his administration made a misguided foreign policy decision based on bad intel. hey, that also reminds me of our current president! so bush = obama = not batman

Batman=caught the Joker who was terrorizing the city.
Bush=didn't catch Osama who had been terrorizing the country.
Comparison fails.
History will never vindicate Bush because he did not make the country safer or better off in the long run. Period. Armchair commandos like Klavan can whine about how the liberal media gave Bush a bad shake, but the end fact is his presidency was not a success. End of story.

I've also heard Harvey Dent compared to Barack Obama - a likeable, glamorous foil to Batman who turns out to be much more corruptible.

A "C" student at Yale. A "C" at Yale is equivalent to an A++++ at some State University, and a A+++++++++ at some community college.
I was one of the first to invade Iraq. I have seen the oppression of the Iraqi people, and I can vouch first hand that we belong in that country. Saddam needed to be overthrown, and the country needs democracy. If we pull out now all those deaths, all that money would have been in vain. We can bring peace to the middle east, it just takes time.
