This is my review of various dove magic DVDs and videos. I know I left out "I Dove U Truly" by Ice McDonald, "Dove Tails" and "Just do it" by Amos Levcovich and "Complete Course in Dove Magic" by Greg Frewin. But I don't have those. Hope you all enjoy!!!

  • does dove magic hurt or discomfort the doves in any way?

  • @MagicManiac15 Most of the time no, but It depends on the individual performer. There are those (mostly novices) that don't give their doves TLC, but most professionals design routines with their comfort and safety in mind and spoil them rotten offstage.

  • How do you get doves?By going where?

And can you please tell me where I can learn some dove magic online some website or something?I really want to learn the dove production you do with a hanky

  • @sendtodiego Dove magic takes commitment. If you don't properly educate yourself you risk causing great harm to the dove. You're trying to take the easy way out and if you can't show the commitment now there's no point in going any further.

  • Hi Alexis. I do not agree with you as far as Dove 101 is concerned. I have most of the videos you talked about but doves 101 doesn't give enough info concerning loops, holders, alteration of the jacket, sleeves modification. It teaches everything but nothing in detail. Frewin's course is much more complete as well as behind the seams.

  • @brunovayron Keep in mind the Frewin course is 3 volumes long. I agree that one is probably the best Dove magic DVD of all time, but A. I did not have it in time for this video and B. This video was geared more towards magicians with casual interest in dove magic. For casual interests Doves 101 is in my opinion the best, Behind the Seams is a must-have for more in depth knowledge and Frewin's is the best for serious magicians. Also is "Alexis" Supposed to be a joke or something?

  • my left ear enjoyed the voice while right one enjoyed music

  • Thankyou very much

  • @MagicofAlexo Sorry for the spelling mistake, it wasn't intentional. In my opinion Doves 101 is good to learn the different dove productions and if you just want to have general info about dove magic why not. But when you start building you act, you absolutely need a dvd which give further information about costume, loops etc. Otherwise you gonna waste a lot of time and make several mistakes. Anyway thanks for your review it's very useful for the doveworkers ;-)

  • Thank you so much for this video, my friend. I have a pretty basic question that I was hoping you could answer for me. Where can I go about getting an actual 'dove?' Any known dove suppliers online or anything? Help a fellow magician out, lol. Thanks a lot man.
