  • Also, as well as missing Doug Aldrich, Marty Friedman, Allen Collins, Dave Mustaine, Paul Kossoff, and putting George Harrison WAY too high, what songs are John Scofield, Al Di Meola, Mark Knopfler and Les Paul playing?

  • @TheOtherRedneck i'm currently making a list off 150 best guitarists also with more metal guitarists in them, i will post a video response when its finished!

  • Also, you missed Jeff Healey, but overall this list is better than every other one as it has every genre ever.

  • Every list has Clapton 4th. He should be #1.

  • You really could give more time to mr. Hendrix..

  • @Metalayerx I agree with you to a point. 75% of these guitarists were jazz that id never even heard of though. Maybe the person that made this should discover metal. We've got John Pettrucci, Herman Lee, Dimebag Darrel, Rusty Cooley, Chris Broderick, Chuck Schuldiner, and pretty much every other great guitarist out there, and I saw 2 or 3 of them make the top 100. Kinda opinion based if you ask me.

  • @AlphaGreeky It's nice to see he's on the list but in my opinion, these lists should be for talent purposes, not so much influence on other people. I really like where BucketHead is on this list personally but, I guess you are entitled to your opinion as well.

  • The best list I've seen so far. I would like to see Jerry Carcia, Tommy Emmanuel and John Williams on your next, upgraded list...

  • what the fuck George Harrison only in 28 he should be the top 10

  • Depending on the criteria used, Buckethead shouldn't be quite that high up on the list. As good as he is, how many people has he influenced blah blah blah. George Harrison and Keith Richards shouldn't be in the top 50.
