I did this without oxygen and spun numerous times with the lights out, pitch black, the water is sea temp and when you hit the water the cold shock sucks the air out of you!
I was considered a bit of a lad in my regiment.
By the time i had finished for the 4th time i burst into tears when i surfaced(pmsl)
Needless to say i had the piss well and truly taken out of me for a year.
To this day i am still scared of the thought of ever having to do this exercise!
Take clean pants you'll need them...
