im looking to buy from them. thanks for posting this video im for sure going to think twice now
-
Wow. I suppose you should have purchased a new one.

@1slammedram strong logic. it's okay for a company to completely misrepresent its products as long as the products are used. If a car is used, it's gonna have some wear, so who cares if you don't mention that the tires, steering wheel, and transmission are completely trashed.

Thanks for posting this video up. I do auto transport & have taken vehicles to buyers who had no idea what they actually bought. But to be fair, dealers buy from auctions who get the same surprise, integrity in selling is hard to find these days.

and u bought a 2004 with 70k miles. did you expect the vehicle to be perfect?
-
thats funny, if you would have had the vehicle inspected by a professional prior to purchase and used their shipping theres a 3 day buy back

Contract killer!!

OMG!!!!!
We bought a car there and it has been great, no problems. I've had another car, not from here, that had transmission issues, but when put on the machine didn't show up...not until the car was on the road would the light come on. We went to 3 different shops and watched it on the machine. We also know the one of the shops was telling us it needed more work than it actually did. Your car is older. Sorry for your trouble, been there. I would buy from Texas Direct Auto again. We are looking now.

If you do, don't believe what they tell you about the car. If you live there, have it inspected by your own mechanic.
If you don't live there don't buy it unless you buy an extended warranty from an outside source. Texas Direct creates profit by not checking their cars, and selling you an extended warranty. By not having to do necessary repairs on their cars, they save money and push the liability onto the customer. If you really want to buy a car from them, get a warranty from another source.

Thanks for your input.
I have bought many cars from dealers all over the country, and this is the first time I was lied to about a car. I expect a used car to have some issues, but not like this.
As the video states, this one set us back. During these times, money is tight, so it hurts even more when you get taken like this.
Thanks,
Paul Miller
