While a couple of items might be American, I suspect that the bulk of your findings are actually British. Is the dig site near the Arnhem bridge? The round disk quick release mechanisms, while presently used by the American Airborne , were only used by the British during WWII. In fact because the Americans used a much more complicated release device at that time, it caused many Paratroopers to drown during the Normandy drop!

Super gaaf hoe jullie alles zo mooi schoon hebben gekregen. Wat voor detectors gebruiken jullie voor dit soort dingen te vinden? Zelf heb ik een C-Scope R1 en een C-Scope Cs5mxp.Het schoonmaken van de vondsten vindt ik best moeilijk.Ik heb hier nog heel wat munten liggen die nog behandeld moeten worden.Durf het niet goed aan.

@Anton01121983 Thanks man, op een goede manier schoonmaken is indd lastig. Met munten moet je zeker voorzichtig zijn. Meestal is even wassen onder de kraan al voldoende, dan drogen en een laagje bijenwas er over. Nooit schuren of poetsen, dat wordt er nooit mooier op maar zover was je zelf natuurlijk ook al ;-) groeten
