  • This is awesome. Nice, hard work. I have question for you though: Before the first dip to launch the kbs up, do you exhale to release air? I hear so many different takes on it.

  • @mnavo86 Thank you very much. To answer your question, yes I do. I exhale as I dip down, then I inhale as the bells are moving upward.
