Please support Health Care Reform. I've lost everything to powerful insurance carriers who went to unbelievable lengths to avoid paying out a dime for my lifelong injury. I am now uninsured, and uninsurable all due to a shattered foot. It happened in the home of an insurance defense attorney who was beyond grossly negligent. Literally, without any defense on Earth, over the course of four long years, a dozen lawyers, 4 doctors, 3 engineers, and even 5 judges helped the insurance carrier get away with not reimbursing me for my medical costs and losses. They committed crimes against me, fraud against the court, and in the end left up a dangerous life threatening condition for the next person to get seriously injured on, or even die. My legal nightmare could just as easily be yours . . . please support health care reform.

  • They knew all this time I had a 'possible' ligament tear in my right wrist and they changed all the paper work to say that I said things I never said. In september i'll have been trying to get them to fix my hand for three years. And I've heard other people wait five to ten years. That is five to ten years of being unable to work or in horrible pain. There is no excuse for any of it. I hope that you can get insured someday soon.

  • Health care reform will likely help but not at this moment. It'll take time. But I guess at least we're on the right path. However, the additions is that not only should they regulate insurance companies but they should regulate work comp as well.

  • I liked your video and it's very true. Perhaps I should make one too. You see I injured my hand at work years ago. I got an attorney and they're still dragging it out because that's what work comp is allowed to do. If we want a change we have to stand up, in one way or another to people that are allowed to do this.
