My mother was at this '62 Apollo show, and brought me back one of those 8 x 10 autographed photos...and it was in color! I treasured that photo! I was about 8 or 9 then.

I lost someone, and Lord it almost killed me when I experienced that horrible feeling the first time. I did'nt know what James Brown was talking about when I was nine years old but I soon learned what he was talking about when it hit me from the blind side. Ounch !!!!!!!

Ive been searching for a james brown song for ages... can anyone help ? A sentence is repeated often " Its so hard " and then he talks about his horn player , and the souls of black people etc etc ... Its a live version i think . Cant find this piece anywhere...
