China's Golden Girls: Beijing 2008

Another montage of the Chinese women's gymnastics team victory at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. This one highlights each team member and one of her unique qualities that when combined, made this team so special. They made history by becoming the first Chinese women's team to win Olympic gold. Each one of them was the best in certain aspects, and you're right, Deng Linlin was fantastic...but Cheng Fei was the team's top scoring gymnast, not to mention she's the most accomplished Chinese female gymnast in history. And then there's Yang Yilin, who got a bronze in both the AA and UB finals, but some would argue that she should've won gold in those events. So it's a hard question, but since you're asking ME, I say Cheng Fei :)

What I loved was that every Chinese girl got to show off (I only remember Asac, Nastia and Shawn from the US team). Li Shanshan had the most advanced beam routine seen at the competition, and wowed in the team final, Yang Yilin was the all-around star, Deng Linlin's perfect vault amazed, Jiang Yuyuan's floor made the crowd fall in love with her, He Kexin's bars stole the show every time they were performed. And Cheng Fei? Simply amazing.

@ussr2581990 The USA didn't do anything to Libya or Iraq. Having known people over in Iraq, the Iraqi's want the USA there. America is the reason Dictator Saddam Hussein is dead. Also, Libya? That was a NATO operation run by the French that Americans were against. Also only challenge a poor country? I'm sorry, is the Soviet Union around anymore? NO, because of the United States.
