you should use otentika hypertone cream to help the.hyper pigmented part. it has natural ingredients. no hydroq.. however you spell it! (cancer causing agent). it's been working well for me.

Uh. I feel like this one gives the hyper-pigmented area of your skin a green-ish colour.
