Tim Talen, the director of the Wisconsin 4-H arts programs, demonstrates his famous "towel chicken" to the adoring throngs of students, some who have seen it dozens of times and some who are about to experience the glory of the Chicken for the first time.
haha! first saw tim do this at either music and drama or summer camp in Upham Woods.......! he was DEF one of the best parts of 4-H......can't believe he retired :( tim talen will ALWAYS be a big kid!!!!

love this.... was taught this when i was a freshman in high school when i was in 4-H in wi ... 9 years ago... it never gets old.... i still do this, showed it to 4-H people in wa and they were impressed

this was towards the end of the third long, hot day at conference. A lot of that excitement you hear is from a really small portion of the crowd who happen to be working directly with him.
