I'm slapping extremely hard. On recorded video for some reason may be due to frame rate speed of slap looks slower. I noticed that as well.

Skin it all if possible. Or slice the top and bottom so that skin is only on the side. This is what works best.

@9malls I think he meant that you needed to actually stabilize the slapchop as well as slap hard, so that the blade doesn't slide around.
