【材料】:雞胸絞肉 400g 、珠貝 30g 、葱2根、蛋2顆、麵粉4大匙、干貝粉1大匙、香油1大匙、鹽1小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、取一乾淨容器後,倒入泡干貝的水,接著再把雞胸絞肉放入。
2、干貝泡軟後去水用刀背壓成絲狀,蔥切成末後,放入調理盆裡接著再加入兩顆全蛋再用手攪拌均勻。
3、再放入胡椒、鹽、干貝粉、香油下去調味拌勻;接著再放入麵粉攪拌均勻。
4 、起鍋熱油後,轉中大火,把雞肉干貝煎餅放下去煎;利用鍋鏟讓肉餅定型後,接著轉小火等到肉餅不沾鍋時,翻面煎至金黃色,按至肉餅呈結實狀即可起鍋。
5、把肉餅放入熟食板上,切成三等分就完成。
