  • this sounds really good, but do you not have any sopranos? i didn't hear the soprano line

  • yeah we had sapranos but they blended so well with the altos that it was hard to pick out the part alone which is how it is supposed to be if you listen careully you will hear the sapranos i know this because i was and am one in this high school choir. thanks for your comment

  • You guys did a really nice job with blending and your tone. Overall as a group you have a well lifted pallet and amazing space. The diction is absoutly on point.

  • thank you very much for the comment! Yeah our teacher has been teaching for 22 years and he is very picky on our diction and the tambre of it all! I will have more posted soon i hope

  • nice job tenor and bass i can actually hear the basses...i am a base and there r like 5 guys in my section on this song and its tough to be heard good job

  • thanks! There was a total of 120 in the whole choir and there was more girls then boys so i am proud of the guys as well. This year we only have 110 and there are 15 more guys then girls i am way excited for our first concert in a week and a half!!!!

  • my choir (of 20) sang got to meet Greg Jasperse in Reno at a Jazz Fest. He is so cool, and you guys do better of blending than our (granted you have like 80x's more people!!!!) overall real good, surprised it was pulled off by big choir because of basses going flat and tenors stealing the spotlight and both giong obnoxiously loud, but you guys are good. he (GJ) told us that our moving from side to side looked too much like a gospel choir and to try stepping or stomping like african warriors. lol

  • Haha, moving sideways is great in choir. It's like this mass of shifting people.

  • you guys took it really fast

my chior is singing it right now and we take it like half that fast

  • Thanks we learned this song like seriously 2 weeks before our concert
