Sorry, the video quality is not so great. He are the steps that I did:

1. Open My Computer and double click local disk.
2. Open the "WINDOWS" folder.
3. Locate the "system32" folder and open it.
4. Open "drivers" folder.
5. Finally open the "etc" folder.
6. Double click the "host" file and open it with notepad.
7. After the last line type in the following:
127.0.0.1 www.blockthissite.com
8. Save the file.
9. Clean all temporary internet files in Internet Explorer.
10. Try to visit the website you blocked.

If you want to get the site back then delete what you typed in.

Tip: This does not work with Firefox from what I know.

Sure... add one more line of code and just change the URL to the other site you want to block.

You probably did not clear your cache and temporary internet files.
