wow been a long time, saw Scott live in '76 at the Summer Gardens in Port Dover. His voice sounds the same all these years later.

I agree, Serious Interference was my favourite album in highschool. ping pong song, or, laugh until you cry, all of the songs, were great!

I just had an urge to play one of my many LP's. I went to 'the wall' of records and saw one sticking out a bit more than all the others. I pulled it out. It was "Serious Interference". I put it on the new turntable. OMFG! Has ANYTHING been done in the last 25 years as good a this????? I think not. Lyrics, production, arrangement, arrangement, arrangement. Sigh. Fabulous.

OH.. others, Scott Merritt Fans , is there an actual Fan Club.....Scott is not only my fav Canadian artist, but my all time fav- wellvery close to Lennon. Seems he likes Lennon to , I also saw him perform across the universe at River Run.

When i was young (like 8yo) me and my brother made a homemade music video for "Radio Home" and sent it to scott. It was great. We acted out all the lyrics. When i look back on it now it was kinda weird for two little kids to love that song seeing as it's about a guy loosing his mind. great memories though.

sorry jake, i wish i had the video for transistor. great song, fondly remembered from cfny's heyday, but sadly not in my decaying vhs collection. hopefully someone else can help out?
