It has nicotiene .....Just in the same way the Patch and Gum have nicotiene .....It dont mean they have tabaco in them does it !!!!
Remember its not the Nicotiene that gives you the cancer ...Its the tabaco that does that for you:(

I went to their website and it said "NOTICE: PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF YOUR BLU PACK"
You can charge it with the wall charger or the usb charger, but no the pack itself it could rupture or pop!!!
