what is the process by which they SECURE the un_alienable rights...

when un_alienable rights of the child are held in trust and a birth certificate issued ..do those rights now become in_a lienable rights...L_ife , L_iberty and H_appiness (not life , liberty or happiness) ..

in 2001 when HOmeland Security was formed ...was the security of the US corp transfered into this entity ...is this why the HS is running RES_idential centres where the RES of the birht trusts can be IDENT_ified and held
