This clip is from the "Hullabaloo" show, a show that used to have different artists do medleys. Luckily Jackie was featured on one of only three color episodes that still excists. She sang her latest hits "A Lifetime of Loneliness", and she also made a short version of this gigant hit, originally done by The Fortunes.

By the way, the "Asian guy" in question is the actor / dancer Patrick Adiarte, best known for his roles in the "white" sitcoms MASH and the Brady Bunch (the famous "Greg wipes out in Hawaii" episode).
